Anti-Harassment Policy

Friday Night Blues NYC is dedicated to creating a safe and harassment-free space for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the event organizers.

Harassment includes but is not limited to deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of events, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome sexual attention, and offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, dance experience, skill level, or dance role. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the event organizers may take discretionary action to preserve the safety of the event and its participants. This includes issuing warnings to the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other safety concerns, please contact a member of the Friday Night Blues NYC staff immediately.

We expect participants to follow these rules at all Friday Night Blues NYC events. Should you have any harassment-related complaints, please do one of the following:
